Authentic Endeavors Publishing was founded by Teresa Velardi, an author, editor, coach, potter, and publisher dedicated to helping writers bring their stories to life. What began as a small project compiling short stories from multiple authors has grown into a full-service hybrid publishing company committed to empowering voices with purpose.
At the potter’s wheel…just like the potter begins with a lump of clay, the writer begins with words to be transformed into a beautiful work of art… a vessel of wisdom to “quench the soul.” Yes, there will be many changes to the clay (or the words) along the way, and each step brings you closer to the finished work. There is time to work, time to rest, and even time in the fire, each step being part of the transformation of an idea into a one-of-a-kind, beautiful work of art.
We were all created on purpose, for a purpose, and given the gifts and talents and the passion to fulfill that purpose. My part, with the help of God, is to be a guide on His illuminated path.
Teresa built Authentic Endeavors on the belief that every person has a story worth telling—and that publishing should be a collaborative, transparent, and deeply personal process. Combining professional editing, design, and marketing support with hands-on author guidance, we make it possible for writers to see their vision come to life in print and digital form.
As a hybrid publisher, we bridge the gap between traditional and self-publishing by offering professional services and creative control to the author. Our team works closely with writers from concept to completion—helping shape manuscripts, polish content, illustrate, and prepare each book for publication and promotion.
